The party starts at 10:00 pm (doors open until 4:00 am). If you would like to eat in the restaurant beforehand, you can come from 8:00 pm — dinner is only available with a table reservation. Arriving early to the party gets you the best spots and avoids waiting at the entrance.

Yes. From 8 to 10 pm you can eat in the restaurant area (only with a prior table reservation). After that it flows seamlessly into the party. Reservations are made via our contact form.
Yes — free parking for our guests in the underground garage.
Yes, we also have a box office at the door for spontaneous visitors. With the online ticket, however, you secure guaranteed entry and skip the queue.
Seats are only guaranteed with a table booking. Without a booking you have access to all areas — but no reserved seat. You can request tables via our contact form.
Yes. The dress code is an integral part of the CHAMPANSKY experience, and entry is based on appearance. Whether costume or elegant outfit — the main thing is stylish and well-groomed.
If you pay by card or PayPal, you receive your ticket by email right after purchase (please also check your spam folder). For bank transfers, the ticket is only sent once the payment has been verified — we don't do this daily but twice a week, so it can take a bit longer. The ticket can be shown digitally at the entrance — no printing necessary. It is stamped upon entry.
Tickets are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases, please contact us directly via Instagram DM.
