WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
When can I arrive?
Doors open at 8 PM. The rooftop and restaurant are open from that point. The party on both floors kicks off at 10 PM. Coming early means better spots and a more relaxed start to the evening.
What's included in my ticket?
One ticket gives you full access to all three areas for the entire night — restaurant area, rooftop and indoor floor.
Is there parking?
Yes — free underground parking for guests directly at the venue.
Is there a door ticket
Yes, at the same price of €30. However, entry at the door is not guaranteed — once capacity is reached, entry closes. Buy online to guarantee your spot and skip the line.
Are there seats?
Seating is only guaranteed with a table reservation. Without a booking, you have access to all three areas but no reserved spot. Tables can be booked directly on this page.
I'm between 18 and 24 — how do I get the discounted price?
Simply select the “18–24” ticket for €15 at checkout. ID or passport will be checked at the door. All benefits of the online ticket are included — guaranteed entry, no waiting.
What's included with the Rooftop Lounge?
A reserved spot on the rooftop with panoramic views and a fresh fruit platter. Available for 2–4 people or as a double lounge for up to 8. Minimum spend of €40 at the venue — waived if combined with a restaurant booking.
What's included with the VIP Table?
A reserved table on the indoor floor for 4–6 people, right by the dancefloor. Includes a fruit platter and the option to pre-order sushi. Minimum spend of €50 at the venue — waived if combined with a restaurant booking.
What's on the restaurant menu?
For Classic Nights, we offer an exclusive event menu — curated highlights instead of a full à la carte card:

Can I eat first and then join the party?
Absolutely. The restaurant is open from 8 to 10 PM (reservation required). After dinner, head straight to the rooftop or indoor floor — all with the same ticket.
Is the dress code actually enforced?
Yes. Smart Elegant means no sportswear, no sneakers, no hoodies. The dress code is a core part of the CHAMPANSKY experience and is checked at the door.
How do I receive my ticket?
Immediately after purchase and payment by email. Please check your spam folder. Your ticket can be shown digitally at the door — no printing needed. It will be stamped on entry.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. For exceptional circumstances, please reach out via Instagram DM.
